A Grade – Team 1 vs Net Huggers
Team 1 emerged victorious over the Net Huggers in a high-quality encounter highlighted by several tightly contested matches. Pawan Silwal led from the front with a composed display, while Robin Pellen made an important impact across both singles and doubles. David Harris-Jones contributed crucial wins at pivotal moments to keep Team 1 ahead. Although the Net Huggers challenged strongly and forced extended rallies, Team 1’s ability to execute under pressure proved decisive.
A Grade – Team 3 vs Team 7
Team 3 produced a confident showing to overcome Team 7, combining attacking play with strong match awareness. Sirinat Sweet was a standout, dictating play and rarely allowing opponents into the contest. Aaron McPhee complemented the performance with important victories, while Cameron Beal added further stability to the lineup. Team 7 fought hard and created competitive passages, but Team 3 controlled the key stages to secure a well-deserved result.
B Grade – Team 2 vs Team 5
Team 2 continued their strong form with an impressive win over Team 5, built on disciplined play and steady execution. Allan Withers led superbly, delivering when it mattered most, while Marga Steele’s controlled approach helped maintain scoreboard pressure. Ezekiel Coutts chipped in with valuable results as Team 2 gradually pulled away. Team 5 remained competitive throughout the evening but were unable to close the gap as Team 2 secured another polished victory.
B Grade – Number Ones vs Team 4
Number Ones turned in a composed performance to defeat Team 4, with contributions coming from across the team. Melissa Schaefer set the standard early, and Maurice Wilson followed with important wins that strengthened their position. Kylie Boston played a key supporting role to cap off a balanced display. Team 4 showed plenty of fight and kept several matches close, but Number Ones proved more clinical when opportunities arose.
C Grade – Beckhanded & Dangerous vs No Eye Deer
No Eye Deer recorded an impressive win over Beckhanded & Dangerous, showcasing strong teamwork and match control. Krystin McPhee led the way with a confident performance, while Andrew Schubert played a central role in keeping the side on track. Zebediah Schaefer added valuable support as No Eye Deer steadily built their advantage. Beckhanded & Dangerous competed with determination, but No Eye Deer maintained the upper hand to close out a deserved victory.
C Grade – Fireballs vs Alley Cats
Fireballs produced an energetic display to defeat the Alley Cats, combining attacking intent with consistent execution. Yee Pyone spearheaded the effort with a series of composed wins, while Adam Maxwell delivered crucial results to keep the momentum firmly with Fireballs. Riley Hutchesson contributed strongly as the team controlled much of the play. The Alley Cats battled throughout, but Fireballs’ sustained pressure ensured a convincing outcome.
