Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Mount Gambier Table Tennis Club will be held as follows:
Location: Show Hall #1, Pick Avenue, Mount Gambier
The AGM provides members with an opportunity to review the past year of club activities and financial performance, elect committee members, and discuss matters relating to the ongoing operation and future direction of the club.
Agenda
Members wishing to raise items for General Business or nominate for committee positions are encouraged to advise the Committee prior to the meeting.
All members are welcome and encouraged to attend.
Competition will commence following completion of the AGM.
